Do you love printed matter? Do you love working with creative people across a myriad of industries? Are you detail-oriented and pride yourself on clear and eloquent communication? If you (or someone you know) fits this description, we’re hiring!

Paper Chase Press is a family-run press and bindery that’s served the who’s who of creative industries since its founding in 1976 and is a proud member of the Hemlock Group of Companies. We produce a range of printed goods including hard and softcover books, magazines, packaging, collateral, retail goods, and more. We have a devoted community of clients and friends that love us for our high-quality production, design-forward thinking, multi-generational leadership, and collaborative environment.

The coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all incoming sample and quote requests, as well as general inquiries. Whether a client is still conceptualizing their project, or has a fully designed file ready to go, the coordinator works with them to provide an overview of capabilities and limitations, accurate quotes, workflows, timelines, and technical requirements. The coordinator can also take a preliminary look at files to ensure they’re built to our standards, and help clients by providing guidance for any needed fixes, additional assets, etc.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and enjoys talking with people. A working knowledge of the complete Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat is an asset. Experience working in a customer service environment is also an asset, especially if it involves print or custom manufacturing.
