Refund policy

Paper Chase Press issues refunds as store credit only. Credits are valid for use for 2 years from the date of issue. Credits are issued in the form of dollar amounts, as opposed to the items being ordered. In the event of an order cancellation, Paper Chase Press retains the right to recover all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. These costs include, but are not limited to, file preflighting, preparation, processing, and PDF proof output, as well as material purchases, machine time, restocking and administrative fees.
